Following the original dream of partnering West Bengal’s progress, the Shrachi Group acknowledged the state government’s need for mass housing solutions. The logical next-step was an active public-private partnership to take housing and infrastructure to the next level.
The answer was Bengal Shrachi Housing Development Limited, a joint venture between West Bengal Housing Board and the Shrachi Group. Established in 1997 with an aim to deliver world-class housing that would be affordable, while catering to wholesome living standards.
Already, Bengal Shrachi has successfully completed some of the most prestigious projects in the state, including the much-awaited Greenwood Park at Rajarhat. And work is already on in full swing on Greenwood Park Extension, Greenwood Nook and Greenwood Sonata. |
